For agencies

Social media management for agencies with more than one client

Most scheduling tools were built for one brand and stretched to fit an agency. SaySo starts from the agency: many clients, a team that works across some of them, and a client on the other side who has to say yes before anything goes out.

Every client is its own workspace

Each client has its own posts, media library, team and brand colours. People see only the clients they've been added to. That rule is enforced by the server on every request, not just hidden in the interface, so a freelancer you brought in for one client can't reach the others.

Roles that match how agencies staff work

Owner, admin, HR, manager, editor and viewer roles come with sensible defaults, and each person's permissions can be adjusted with checkboxes. What the checkboxes say is what the person can do: the server enforces it, and every screen shows only what that person can act on. New people join by invitation.

One composer, real previews per platform

Write a post once for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads and Pinterest, then give each platform its own caption if it needs one. Instagram supports photos, carousels of up to ten, stories and reels. For each Instagram photo you choose between cropping it to fill the frame and keeping its own shape.

A calendar that gets time zones right

Scheduled times are stored in a real time zone, not a fixed offset. A post meant for 9am in the client's city goes out at 9am there, wherever the person scheduling it is sitting, and stays correct through daylight-saving changes. Posts can be rescheduled straight from the calendar.

Approval built into the workflow

Turn on an internal check, a client check, or both. Clients answer through a review link with no account. Approvals and change requests come back as notifications that open on the post, and editing an approved post sends it back for approval. How client approval works.

Deadlines and tasks

Tasks with deadlines, comments and history live next to the posts they belong to. Link a task to a post and SaySo suggests a deadline before the post goes out; how far before is a per-client setting, from an hour to a week. The person doing a task moves it along, and a manager checks it off.

Publishing and results

Facebook Pages and their linked Instagram accounts connect per client through Facebook Login. Approved posts publish to them on schedule, and the Analytics tab shows what Meta reports for each post. This opens to every agency once Meta finishes reviewing the app. Other platforms are planned and approved in SaySo, then posted by hand for now.

What it costs

Nothing while SaySo is in beta. No card, no trial clock. We're letting agencies in a few at a time.
