Does my client need an account to approve posts?

No. That's the point. They open the review link, see the real previews, and approve or request changes — no signup, no password, no app. The link carries its own credential and you can switch it off whenever you like.

Which social media platforms are supported?

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads and Pinterest — each with its own real preview, its own post types, and its own caption if you want one. Publishing straight to Facebook Pages and their linked Instagram accounts is built and running, and opens to everyone once Meta finishes reviewing the app. The other platforms are planned and approved here, then posted by hand for now.

Can I use this for more than one client?

It's built for exactly that. Each client is a separate workspace with its own content, media library, team and brand colours, and people only see the clients they've been added to.

What happens if a client asks for changes?

Accepted Answer

The post is marked, the room reads changes requested so nothing gets published by mistake, and you're notified with their note attached. One blocked post blocks the folder — that's deliberate.

Can a client change their mind after approving?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tapping the verdict they already gave takes it back. There's no account on that page and no support queue to email, so undo has to be something they can do themselves.

Does it handle timezones properly?

Accepted Answer

Every scheduled time is stored as a real timezone, not a fixed offset, so a post lands at 9am for the audience it's aimed at regardless of where the person scheduling it is sitting — and it stays correct through daylight-saving changes.

How is this different from Buffer, Later or Hootsuite?

Those are built for publishing. This is built for the step before it: getting your client to say yes. Scheduling, calendars and previews are table stakes — a client review link with a real approve-or-reject decision, wired straight into your notifications, is what actually shortens the week.
